Real fan following is when you expect nothing in return
I was perplexed when I saw the photo of Sai Tamhankar in Pune Times yesterday. I have been a fan of Sai Tamhankar for many years now. We all live in the era of instant gratification and clearly believe in “Out of sight, out of mind “philosophy. 2017 had been one of the most challenging years for Marathi film Industry. Mukta Barve was superb in Hrudayantar, Sonalee Kulkarni lived “Hampi” & Priya Bapat will end up exploring the landscape in “Gachchi”. Unfortunately, Sai’s only release in 2017 came in the form of “Solo” which was a bilingual film written and directed by Bejoy Nambiar. Sai tried fishing in different waters and came out victorious and was noticed in Tamil newspapers. I read the article twice and particularly liked the adjective used which says “sensuous” Sai Tamhankar.
